We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@oscelle.store with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
